Staying active supports independence, balance, and overall wellbeing at any age. AgeSmart Community Resources offers free, accessible exercise opportunities for older adults throughout our service area.

All ComeIn dining sites provide exercise options for older adults as part of regular programming. In addition, AgeSmart hosts weekly movement classes at our office that are open to the community.

Weekly Exercise at AgeSmart

All classes are free, require no registration, and begin at 11:00 a.m.

Gentle, chair-based yoga focused on flexibility, breathing, and balance.

Slow, flowing movements that support balance and coordination. Provided by Senior Services Plus.

Seated and supported exercises to build strength and improve mobility.

Participants are welcome to attend at their own pace. Whether you come weekly or drop in occasionally, you are always welcome.
